Rakhi celebration in india raksha bandhan is a very important festival of hindus "which is celebrated by all the people of all the states in our india .it is also celebrated some other countries like america ,Australia, Canada, UK, Japan etc by hindus who are living theres by many years.

We celebrates raksha bandhan in Sravan month on purnima.this is a festival of specially of brothers & sisters .but other family members also celebrates with equal importance like brothers and sisters .on purnima ;from early morning starts rakhi celebration . first of all we clean the whole house and we take a bathe and wear new designed ;colorful dresses'. then cooked delicious food specially sravan chawal 'kheer,puri,sabji,sweets as ghaevar,barfi,rusgulla etc .then whole family members do puja in front of gods.and tye rakhi thread to gods.after all this starts rakhi celebration between brothers and sisters,bhavis & nand ,bua and bhatiji,brothers and brothers,sisters and sisters etc.in this way ,through out all the day rakhi celebration continue...

Rakhi celebration Process
